7. RETURN POLICY
WE HAVE A 7-DAY RETURN POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU hAVE 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST A RETURN.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. WITH A VIDEO WHILE OPENING YOUR ORDERED ITEMS AND IN ITS ORGINAL PACKAGING. PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED DUR TO CHANGE-OF-MIND AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEMS
REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED UNDER CASES WHEREBY THE ITEMS IS DEFECTIVE AND IS ON NON-FUNCTIONAL UPON ARRIVAL AND HAS NOT BEEN TAMPERED BY THE CUSTOMER
FOR RETURNS, YOU CAN CONTACT US AT CUSTOMERSUPPORT@NFCPHILIPPINES.COM IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, WE'LL SEND YOU INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW AND WHERE TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE. ITEMS SENT BACK TOO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
8. REFUNDS
WE WILL NOT NOTIFY YOU ONCE WE'VE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR REUTRN AND LET YOU KNOW IF THE REFUND WAS APPROVED OR NOT. IF APPROVED, YOU'LL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE REMEMBER IT CAN TAKE 3-5 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS THE REFUND.
9. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIVING AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE DAMAGED, OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT.
10. LOST/MISPLACED CARD
IF YOU HAPPEN TO MISPLACE YOUR NFC CARD. PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMERSUPPORT@NFCPHILIPPINES.COM AND INCLUDE YOUR NAME. THIS WILL ENABLE US TO EITHER LOCK OR DELETE THE CONTENT ASSOCIATED WITH THE URL LINKED TO YOUR NFC CARD. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS FOR LOST NFC CARDS.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH DESCRIBES OUR DATA COLLECTION AND USE PRACTICES.
12. LIMITATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY SHOULD WE EXERCISE THIS RIGHT.
13. TERMINATION
IMPERSONATION OF INDIVIDUALS OR BUSINESSES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED We may terminate your access to the Service, without cause or notice IF FOUND THAT IS THE CASE, which may result in the loss of any content associated with your DIGITAL BUSINESS CARD
